Background
I have worked as a Finance leader and a member of a Leadership team for the past 6 years in Plugsurfing B.V. & GmbH, in Geobear Oy and in Liikennevirta Oy with full financial responsibilities of the company and its development. Prior to these roles I have worked as a Sales Operations Manager, Business Controller and Financial Analyst in various companies. I have experience in start-up and seed funding while working in the venture capital industry in my earlier career with responsibilities in company and deal flow analysis, financial forecasting, investment structuring and shareholer agreements. Overall, having 20+ years of experience in finance in different areas has provided me solid understanding of key contributors for success.
